Welcome to EventDesk. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Public Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the application.
1. Description of Service
EventDesk is a comprehensive online platform that enables users to manage, schedule, and track events. Our service deeply integrates with third-party tools, including Google OAuth for secure authentication.
2. Google OAuth & Accounts
To use EventDesk, you must sign in via your Google Account. By authenticating with Google, you grant us permission to access your basic profile information (Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture) strictly for the purpose of creating your EventDesk account and securing your session.
We do not request access to your private Google Drive files, personal emails, or other sensitive Google data. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google credentials.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use EventDesk solely for its intended purpose. You must not:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Transmit destructive code, worms, or viruses.
- Violate any local, state, or federal laws.
- Bypass or circumvent application security.
4. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or suspend your account for any reason without notice. If you wish to terminate your account, simply cease using the application and revoke EventDesk's access directly from your Google Account security settings.
5. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that EventDesk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your explicit consent to those changes.
